Established in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, Krishna Alloy is a state-of-the-art secondary lead refinery and battery scrap recycler. We transform end-of-life lead-acid battery scrap into high-purity refined lead, precision lead alloys, lead oxide, and recycled polymer products.

Our facility is equipped with rotary furnaces, pyrometallurgical refining kettles, optical emission spectrometers (OES), and XRF analysers — ensuring every batch meets or exceeds customer specifications. We are authorized by the Madhya Pradesh Pollution Control Board (MPPCB) and operate in full compliance with the Hazardous Waste Management Rules under the Environment Protection Act.

Battery Scrap Procurement

Authorized collection from registered aggregators and dealers under MPPCB Form-10 consignment notes.

Sorting & Breaking

Mechanical breaking separates PP casings, electrolyte, lead grids and oxide paste by alloy grade.

Paste Desulfurization

Hydrometallurgical removal of sulfate (PbSOâ‚„) using sodium carbonate, reducing smelting emissions.

Furnace Smelting

Rotary furnace smelting of desulfurized paste and grids with reducing agents to produce lead bullion.

Pyrometallurgical Refining

Sequential drossing and Harris process refining removes Cu, Sn, As, Sb, and Bi to specification.

Precision Alloying

Alloying elements added gravimetrically to a heated kettle. Intermediate sampling confirms target chemistry.

Spectroscopic QC Testing

12-element OES + XRF analysis on every batch. Non-conforming material returned to kettle before approval.

Ingot Casting & Dispatch

Approved alloy cast into marked ingots. Dispatched with MTC, GST invoice, and e-way bill.
